This video was produced in the early part of  this year. It appears that this version was shared as an agenda item in a Birmingham, AL council meeting. Mayor Larry Langford deserves applause for his courage. The piece was created by Reginald Bullock.

Something must be done to curb the violence and mayhem affecting black children. Commentary about this excerpt is being purposefully limited as the video speaks volumes.
